Purple Dog Records

Purple Dog Records provides the Naperville community with the ultimate music-thrifting experience. Co-owners, and father-daughter team, Joel Sicker and Erin Gavin opened their doors in June of 2014 with rare LPs, CDs, DVDs and vintage magazines on display.

“I’ve been collecting records since the late 50s,” explains Sicker. “I have thousands and thousands of records. Literally over 20,000 records.”  Tucked away in a business complex near the train station, Sicker’s collection fills the small space from top to bottom. Every rock legend, pop icon and obscure band imaginable is all at your leisure to sift through and purchase. Look for the purple bulldog and stop in for a visit.
